5 minute warmup, 15 intervals, 10 minute cool down on bike

Abs (lower abs focus)

Crunches - BW x 40, BW x 40
Decline Crunches - BW x 14, BW x 14
Cable Crunches - 160 x 10, 160 x 10, 160 x 10
