5 minute warmup, 15 intervals, 10 minute cool down

Abs

crunches - 30 reps x 2 sets
hanging leg raises - 12 reps x 2 sets
weighted decline crunches - 45lbs x 8 reps x 2 sets
cable
crunches - 180lbs x 10 reps x 2 sets


Diet

Calories: 2,346, Protein: 223.7g, Carbs: 200.1g, Fats: 70.0g

Weighed in again today, still coming down...170.25 and that's after yesterday's high carb day
