Weekly weigh in: 162.6 lbs
Weight: - 1.0 lbs loss

It keeps coming off! I would say weight loss was .9 for the week because the scale kept fluctuating between 162.6 and 162.8 this morning but kept landing on 162.6. Good stuff! Very happy, feeling good.
